Storing and preparing other raw materials during the production process


Observing sanitary procedures, carrying out hygienic and sanitary activities during the production process


Maintaining safety regulations and principles of food safety; using safe cleaning agents and other chemicals in the operation of the cheese melter

The qualification standard was prepared by the Sector Council of food processing and feed industry. It has been established and licensed by the Chamber of Commerce of the Czech Republic, the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic and the Czech Agrarian Chamber.
