Supervision of proper treatment of large animals and their restraint

Supervision of compliance with stunning methods, meeting the set parameters of various stunning methods and knowledge of manufacturers' instructions for using kinds of stunning equipment

Supervision of basic maintenance and cleaning of stunning or killing equipment

Supervision of the appropriate use and maintenance of sticking knives

Verification of knowledge of manufacturers' instructions for the types of restraining devices used for mechanical immobilization

Verification of availability of alternative methods of stunning or killing

Verification of stunning efficiency, correctness of bleeding and absence of signs of life after bleeding of big animals
